Ka Ling Limited offers a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy for women's shoes. The customer may request a refund within 14 days of receiving the order. No reason is required. The customer must request the refund by contacting [email protected] within 14 days of receipt. The customer must return the shoes in original condition with original packaging and tags. Used, washed, altered, damaged by the customer, or incomplete returns are not eligible. The customer pays return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective on arrival. Ka Ling Limited provides return instructions after the request. The customer must ship returned items within 14 days of receiving return instructions. Refund is issued after Ka Ling Limited receives and inspects the returned shoes. Refund processing by Ka Ling Limited and arrival of funds in the customer's account takes at least 14 days from approval. This 14 days period begins when Ka Ling Limited approves the refund. Bank processing times can extend this period. PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Ka Ling Limited is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or financial institutions.
Damaged or Defective Items

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. The governing law is Hong Kong law. The parties must attempt good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. If negotiation fails, the dispute must be brought in Hong Kong courts.
Intellectual Property

The customer must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission. Limitation of Liability
